Visiting the local liquor store!

Today we went to our neighborhood liquor store to do research on some of our upcoming episodes and found a young lady handing out samples of Jameson's limited edition IPA whiskey. Our first taste of the IPA style whiskey was, shall we say, somewhat shocking. The flavor was not what we expected and for over $30 not to our liking. A somewhat bitter, fruity flavor, it just didn't give that Jamison warmth that you normally get. We talked about giving it a try in an upcoming episode and decided that we would pass. The thought of a Bourbon, whiskey IPA just doesn't seem normal to us. We may change our mind down the line, and review some IPA's but for now we pass. We are interested in what you think?
